      Hi,

      Whilst pretty worn, the serial number is just readable as 622***.

      It looks like your local AD has made a mistake, although I have heard of later watch case crown guards being 're-modelled', however I think this is pretty rare.

      I assume your dial is marked as 'Swiss' only.
