I just did these two UBER rare Gruen Curvex Driver's Watches that belonged to Bob's dad, the guy who's 1675 I fixed last month.
One on the right is 14k solid and features an original dial and hands, signed Gruen Curvex Precision Switzerland and the other is GF with a refinished dial. The watches are identical cases and movements, both cased in the USA.
These watches keep amazingly good time through four positions even though they are "unadjusted".
They feature a Breguet overcoil hairspring and share many similarities to the Rolex movements.
These are REALLY curved and short cases designed to be worn on the side of the wrist.
