But it's all personal taste.

The lume dots look odd though, don't they?

Usually Roman dials don't do anything for me (I find those Buckley dials terribly cluttered), unless they look more like this:

also i never tougth there be any money in faking a buckly

was the movment and case, cet ok??

refinished or all fake/aftermarket

just dug out this scan of my last buckly and the print/text looks much cleaner

Same here.

It looked good, black hands, box/papers etc

Never even paid attention to the dial

The good news

Everything else is ok

Tore it down yesterday it is a refinish on an authentic plate

No... it isn't the Datejust that would fit your collection. Check these dials for comparables. Particularly... the font (and of course, the lume)...

The other dials that is showing is not with painted romans.

I have the same and it's a awesome combo IMHO. The lume dots
looks wierd but the rest is ok.

I bought an Heuer earlier this year that I had to return...
