Is this considered counterfeit or acceptable thesedays ?

While looking at Gold Submariners I saw this.

To me this is a fake counterfeit watch but has this become ok now to label as a Rolex ?

no, not at all, there is nothing rolex about it.

And the only reason that is not removed yet, is that Ebay did not read the description, nor did someone report this replica.
By the way, nice phrasing: "factory dial" . As if there are dials that have not been made by a factory...
