What's wrong with the dial in the Christies auction?

I was following a few pieces - my God prices were high, even more so on common watches.

In on it. Its a 85% condition dial at best. Dents, moisture damage around the rim, crappy lump dots, signs of rubbing around the sundials. Not great.
