Hi, picked this 5513 gilt dial up from a local.............
Had a look at the dial archive and a couple of other sources to see its all ticky boo(read legit)....from some angles, i can see what resemble some old clear coat that has been applied, under close inspection, the dial is all solid, no flaking etc etc....

help me out if i have missed something.....
