With regard to Tudor 94210:
1. Could this come with a SN of 18xxxx. I have always though they comes with 8xxxxx onwards. Or do the numbers re-run?
2. The so-called exotic dial for the this model - does it come with this serial number range ie 18xxxx or only for the 8xxxxx range with the 9421/0?
Thanks as always for all your help.

The serials re-ran. When they exhausted 6 digits they restarted with 5 and then 6 digits. The switch was circa 1980-81. The newer 6 digits would then again be later than 80-81.
The 9421/0 and 94210 are identical but only the early one features the monte carlo exotic dials. The later one could feature the all black exotic dial. Check out my site for more scans.
