you have many high end dealers with large inventories on ebay, as well as small collectors. There is no way to mention everyone you should trust or not. You have to do the homework...read their feedback...look to see if they made most of their feedback buying and selling watches or do they also sell car parts and stereo gear and everything else.
Some dealers and collectors use ebay as a form of advertising...it begins a dialog between and buyer and seller that might even conclude off ebay. I know an art dealer who finds this is the case. He spends thousands every month listing on ebay...but most of his sales are private.
Find a watch you like...ask questions of the seller and of us here. And take your time and never be in a rush to buy. The world is full of old watches...and full of fakes.
I've bought a lot of watches on ebay, often from people I had never talked to before...and I have no complaints. Just do your homework.
