I picked this up today

764,9XX serial I 61 in the case back

Serviced by Rolex NY in 1996 hence the replacement dial hands and insert

Any thoughts as to value as it sits?

Any advice as to what dial would be correct ?

And ballpark cost for dial/hands

Thanks in advance!

It should give you an idea. Several in your serial number range. Will be tough to dig up a dial and hands and quite costly.

Lovely PCG case you've got.
