Value of a mid 80s Steel and gold Sub

Hi There
The watch is in good shape and has just been worked on by Rolex Service Center in San Francisco and comes with a warranty.
i trying to research a rough value for the watch.

It's a keeper not a seller because

gold and steel modles are probably the most unwanted of all the Rolexes...the "worst of both worlds." Daytonas, DateJusts, GMTs, Subs, no matter where you go and whatever the model, gold and steel is neither fish nor foul. The hard core sporties want all steel. The hard core richies want all 18k gold...and pink and white over yellow. Stuck in the middle are the two tone metal models...and their owners. Best to wear it and enjoy it...because if you try to sell it, you will only lose money.

The price were thinking of

We are hoping for around $4500.00 but if you all think this is impossible we probably will not try and sell this worthless watch.
