Generally speaking, out-of-focus photos (regardless of the excuses provided by the seller) equate to fakery or attempts to obfuscate details.

Day-Dates generally have not been two-tone like a Datejust, supplied with a Jubilee bracelet. I agree with the first responder that this looks really fake (not least the crown).
