5513 Case questions and verification

I just got a 5513 gilt dial from 1965. The case has the Registered Design print and the model # 5513 on one side( the 5513 is off center) and on the other side it only has the serial number. It does not have the "stainless steel" print on top of the serial number. It is not that it has rubbed off, I can clearly see that it never had it. Is this correct? The rest of the watch looks ok to me. The triplock crown and hands have been replaced with original rolex parts. What do the experts think? The watch comes from a reputable source, but lately, you never know. Thanks in adavance!
Best regards
Victor

for the help. This is the same watch as the post below. Right now I only have my iphone and it has been very tricky to get a good picture of the serial number.
Thanks again
Best regards
Victor
