16750 dial help?

Hi VRF,

recently purchased this 16750 locally, supposedly comes with a Mk.1 glossy no-date dial

Upon closer inspection with different lighting, I discovered the dial is either scratched / smudged - at the GMT-master area, and also a bit chipped at the hour markers

Is this normal for a semi-vintage piece or is there a way to clean or restore it?

..looks like its already been repaired in the "MASTER" area..
If you are trying to fix again, you may be better off getting another dial..
