Strange day date 1803 glossy dial

Can someone shed some light on this glossy date date dial with pyramid style markers. It seems like a stella but I have never seen one with these markers. Couldn't find any reference online on this dial either

I must also mention that watch is currently at RSC for an overhaul service and rolex is suggesting a replacement dial for it. So my dilemma is that if this is an unusual dial i might consider retaining it and skip the rsc service.

I'd stick with the service at least

Changing the dial is up to you. I don't see any lume plots on the dial, so maybe the hands have already been changed out.
If they'll service the movement, that's a plus- 1556 parts are getting harder and harder to come by.

The dial is refinished....

Dial is refinished, so I would probably try to look for an original one or have the service center replace it.
