Yes Bob I do see your points about how the minimum wage does not work, I have debated with myself in my many articles over the pros and cons of minimum wage.
If there is to be a minimum it needs to have some exceptions such as for internships. Currently I believe a maximum wage based on a percentage of the lowest paid workers wages. You can read the details at the bottom of the "What ever happened to Henery Ford" article
