My dad has asked me to sell his Tudor dress watch as its just not getting worn at the moment following a couple of recent purchases.
It is a vintage small rose 7965 with 446k serial dating it to the first quarter of 1964. The Rolex signed caseback is also engraved I.64 inside.
It has a stunning perfect black gloss dial that is marked 'Swiss' but with the rare underline and tritium dot hour markers in perfect condition. Tudor rose and writing on the dial are in silver.
Original hands in excellent condition but with a tiny pin prick of tritium loss on the hour hand (this looks bigger in the high def macro pics obviously)
The case is in great condition condition but the strap was a bit worse for wear so I have put it on a brand new unworn black Italian leather with the original Rolex emblem buckle.
He had it fully serviced a few months back so works perfectly and would have the balance of the service left (about 6 months he thinks).
£750 to clear!!
Return if not as described is fine as long as advised within 72 hours of receipt.
Obviously I have dozens and dozens of references worldwide
