| This thread doesn't make any sense to me. I would have thought that taking Phase 2 and therefore blocking starch digestion may cause larger quantities of undigested carbohydrates to pass through the bowels and make IBS worse. I've been very successful with Phase 2, but my wife has IBS so I've told her not to take it.
