Phase 2 must work

Phase 2 must work because I am losing weight. I wasn't sure if it would work on me because I am not a mammoth starch eater, but now I see it is working well. Apart from taking Phase 2 I changed nothing, so I know that the few pounsds that have slipped off must be down to Phase 2.
