I balanced my meals and ate a protein, fruit, vegetable and starch 3 times (usually) daily. I wanted to eat healthier; that is why I balanced them. I used a minimal amount of butter and/ormayonaise-usually 1-2 teaspoons twice daily. I didn't overdo. I also kept my caloric intake @ between 1200-1500 calories daily. I lost 50 lbs, in 3 months. |
