Well, Tom, I'm not sure what you mean. I've been weighing myself on my home scale, an electronic Tanita, which also gives fat percentages. I recorded my weight and the time of day in a journal, and in the last twelve or so days I haven't lost a pound despite taking the Phase 2 two or three times daily, so I was wondering if others have experienced a plateau in the first month.
