Iv only been taking this product for a couple of days...but it seems 2 be making a great difference already...i really enjoy eating pasta and bread ect, n now i can still do this without gaining alot of weight!!!
I would have thought not. It surely must take time to see the benefits. I know a couple of people who are taking Phase 2 and they are both losing weight but not at a drastic rate.
I started taking phase 2 on Wednesday. I weighed 13st 8lb. I weighed again on Saturday and weighed 13st 2 lbs. Taking into account the fact that I weighed in the afternoon on Sat and in the morning on Wed (You weigh less in the morning for some reason), I have still lost a few pounds in 3 days. Which is great!
Body weight fluctuates anyway. This is something that people forget. If your weight fluctuates downwards it's quite easy to put it down to taking Phase 2, even if you only started taking Phase 2 a couple of days before.
I lost 6 lbs. in 1 1/2 days. I started taking it Tuesday afternoon and Thursday a.m. I had lost the weight. My weight has never gone up or down so fast so I believe it is working exceptionally well so far. I will keep my progress posted.
I balanced my meals and ate a protein, fruit, vegetable and starch 3 times (usually) daily. I wanted to eat healthier; that is why I balanced them. I used a minimal amount of butter and/ormayonaise-usually 1-2 teaspoons twice daily. I didn't overdo. I also kept my caloric intake @ between 1200-1500 calories daily. I lost 50 lbs, in 3 months.
For me 6lbs in a month was exceptional. I'm more than happy! I never lost any weight through dieting. I never found any diet that I could stick too. If I lost 6lbs through dieting it would be a miracle than I have never experienced. I have up on dieting a long time ago.
What if you hate dieting? What if it's a real pain to try and diet? What if dieting never works for you? Dieting never worked for me, I have given up on it (but I still eat sensible).
Jo, your missing the point of phase 2. While your dieting and not eating the foods you love just to lose 6-8 lbs, im eating all the foods (starch) i love and losing the same! thats the great thing about phase 2- you dont have to diet to lose the weight.
