6lbs in 2 days

It does not seem possible for anyone to lose 6lbs in 2 days. It just doesn't seem possible and I have not heard anyone else claiming this kind of loss from taking Phase 2. Surely there is some mistake?

I did alot of research on the product. That is how I learned so much... My mom used to call me "Miss Know It All" when I was young so maybe that's what you're sensing. Anyway, last year I took the Phase II for three months and lost 50 lbs. so it worked exceptionally well. I gained some back so I'm using it again. I also take Hoodia which neutralizes the fats eaten. Maybe that is why I lost so much (taking the hoodis also).

Hoodia

Hi, Eileen.

Do you remember where you read that Hoodia Gordonii blocks fat? It is my understanding that a component of Hoodia (P5P, I think...) sends chemical messengers to the brain that tell it to stop eating, as one is full. I would be really curious to read any research that you might uncover.

Thanks!

Hoodia doesn't block fat. Some mistake there I think. As you said, it's an appetite suppressant.
