An insight

You lovely people,
I've just had a quick look at this site, to find out more about Phase 2 ans stumbled over this messages board, where everybody seems to be talking about Choclate cake and losing weight in one sentence.
Has it ever occured to any of you, that in order to lose weight and live a healthy live, you should start by eating a balanced diet, excercise and cutting out junk food?
I'm sure Phase 2 is a great help with weight loss but you seem to be regarding it as the answer to all problems.
After all those comments posted here, I have made the decision not to purchase Phase 2. I believe somebody here actually believes, in order to make the product work more efficiently, you have to eat more cake. What a load of tosh!

Your general point is a good one, but what you say about chocolate cake etc is probably only true of a small minority of people here. I think you'll find that most people here are eating sensibly because that's what people do when they are trying to lose weight. Some people may be confused alomg the lines you suggest, but I bet it's only a small number.

Phase 2 is a very simple product and I'm surprised that some people are confused as to how it works. Frankly it's hard to think how anything could be more simple.

I agree that if people are regarding Phase 2 as the answer to everything they have got it wrong. However I don't think this applies to many people.

Cake is not a great example of a starch food anyway, as although it no doubt contains a fair amount of starch it also contains a lot of fat and sugar too.

Personally I think Phase2 works at its best when you don't change your diet at all and just carry on what you normally do and take Phase 2 when its applicable.
