Starch Blocker made from wheat

August 16 2008 at 10:38 PM

Has anyone taken the amylase inhibitor made from wheat? I've seen a couple starch blockers out there with Phase2 and the wheat amylase inhibitor both. Is that supposed to block starches more fully than kidney bean amylase inhibitor? One article said that it acts on saliva and blocks more starch ingestion overall.

I think Phase 2 is the only substance that is clinically proven on humans to significantly block starch. Besides products that also include the wheat become really expensive and I don't need that!
