Started on Tuesday

Just started this on Tuesday. I have a good 40-50 lbs to lose. I am hoping this gives me the extra boost of weightloss to get me back into wanting to exercise and eat right again. I have read many of the success stories and hope I can join the others with my own success!

Update! Down 2.5 lbs!!!

Well I dont know if it is totally the Phase 2 but I havent changed too much of my eating and I am down 2.5 lbs since Jan 1. So a little more than 1 lb a week. I can say that I have not noticed any side effects and I am not hungry at all.

So, hopefully this will keep working and I will get the weight off. I know I will start exercising too once my knee gets better but in the meantime, this is helping.

that's excellent, losing a pound a week is what i get too. this is my eigth week and i've lost 7lbs.

Well I stopped using them for a while cuz I got sick with the flu. Now I am back up to 193 but I think that is just from "that time" coming up for me and fluid retention from being sick. So I started back on it today and we will se how it goes.

I am glad it is working for you! I am planning on sticking with it from now on so that is that.

How much are you taking before meals?
