I recently purchased two reissue Gretsches, the Tennessee Rose and the Country Classic. The necks appear straight and the strings intonate properly. However, during playing the B and high E strings get progressively sharper in pitch and require constant retuning. What do you think the problem could be and how do I go about fixing it?

Hello Steve. I actually took this forum off my site quite a while back so I was very surprised to se your post on it. I found it by accident through a related websearch of
my site. Since I don't have it running, please contact Mike Kolb the guitar repair guy at eyellama@aol.com. I'm positive he can help. Don't hesitate to contact me if I can be of help with a special instructional CD for you. Thanx, Dann. (Guitar-licks.com)
