I am a U.S. Citizen and my husband was deported after living in the U.S. for a least 5 years. He had a bad lawyer and helped him be deported. He has not committed any crimes. He worked and was a tax payer trying to go through the system. He only stayed pass his visit to the U.S.

We interview for the I-130 and is still waiting for a decision.

If the I-130 is approved, is there any way of me getting him back into the U.S. before the 10 years required period. What can I do to try to get him back here soon. It is definitely hardship on me and my family and also him.

      thanks
