Good evening Sir,
Three and a half years ago, I created a company to offer web hosting and web site developing services. It's a small company, and it doesn't grow because of the impact of economy in third world countries. I strongly believe that in the United States, it can grow and become a profitable business.
My questions:
1. Is my company eligible even though its yearly income is not big? I have means to open a subsidiary in the US.
2. After obtaining an L1, and the first extension, can I apply for permanent residency? How long does it take? and what are my chances of getting it?
Thanks a lot,
Dave.

Your eligibility for an L-1 visa depends in large part on the size of your company.
In order to obtain the visa, your company's overseas office must continue to operate while you are in the U.S. Therefore, for example, if you are the sole employee of the company, it will be very difficult to obtain an L-1 visa. In that case, you may want to consider an E-2 investor visa.
