I have multiple tourist visa for 10 years and planning to give birth in USA. Will my baby get US citizenship? I know it is still in Constitution but I'd like to double check if it's still valid. Is it possible to extend my stay while in US? I will be entering the country being 7 months pregnant and afraid that the officer will allow me to stay less than I need.
If I have a home birth how should I apply for baby's birth certificate? I have Social Security number and valid driver's license.
