I am married to a green card holder and i am a citezen.On Jan 2,2002 I applied for I130 for my stepdaughter in the Phillipines. When I got thee reciept it said it would take up too 225 days? when i ever check thee status of the case the days is always growing now it says 1000 days! My question is aren't they suppose to process in the time that is on thee reciept???? I try to contact thee Tx Service center and that is impossible. I call always busy,letters dont get answered, and faxeing too. I am going to Tx to visit next. Does anyone have any suggestions! Thanx
