Info about the Boston BCIS office and DV processing

Hi,
I was wondering whether you would be able to answer the following two questions about the BCIS office in Boston...
1. Do they accept applications 90 days in advance?
2. Do they expedite processing for DV AOS applications?

The Boston BCIS office will accept a DV application if the number is listed in the Visa Bulletin. Applications can be submitted in person in Room E-160.
Be sure to get there early – the office opens at 7 a.m., and the line begins forming well before then.
The Boston office is very accommodating and will do everything possible to see that the application is processed before the September 30 deadline, but obviously there is never any guarantee.
