HI!

I m French and spent 3 months in the US, working as an aupair, just with the passport.
I will leave the 23rd of december.
I was wondering if i will have some problems to come back in January, if i don t make any visa.
Is it more convenient to apply for a school and get a student visa or just get a tourist one in france.

Thanks for your help, or just for reading.

Good luck to everybody!

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but if you worked without the proper visa, you broke the immigration law and could be barred from subsequently receiving any other visa or from returning to the US.

I strongly suggest that you get in touch with a properly qualified immigration attorney. If you would like to further discuss your situation, please feel free to contact my office to arrange for a consultation.
