from O-3 to F-1

I am an O-1 visa holder without J waiver. When i entered usa with J visa,later i switched my status to O-1. My wife wants to study for her Ph.D,is it possible for her to change her O-3 visa to F-1?

If you are subject to the Foreign Residency Requirement, your spouse is also subject to it and cannot change her status to F-1.
