Hello, I'm a permanent resident and I married my wife three months ago. She was currently out of status. However, five years ago, her US citizen sibling applied for permanent residency for her (I-130) and her father and both applications were approved. Is there anyway my wife might be able to apply for a V visa so she can work now or does she have to wait until my citizenship application comes though? thank you.

An I-130 filed by a sibling does not qualify your wife for V visa status. Only the spouses and children of permanent residents qualify for a V visa.
