Hello dear lawyers and friends, I have a urgent question:

My husband (Citizen) had filed I-130 for me in November 2002 while I was in England. He sent it to Texas Service Center. Now I am holding K-3 Visa in Florida. What should I do next??? I am very confused with adjustment my status.:( Should I require the Taxas Service Center to transfer my I-130 case to my local office (Tampa) then send the package of I-485,I-864 to Tampa? Or just leave the case alone until it is approved?Which is the fastest way to get my permanent residency?

Tank you very much!

Contact the Tampa office directly to find out how it processes K-3-based adjustment applications. Each office treats them slightly differently. Ideally you should be able to file your adjustment application right away, either with a new I-130 or by having the I-130 that is currently pending with the Texas Service Center transferred to the Tampa office.

To schedule an appointment for the Tampa office, use the Infopass service available on that office’s website at: http://www.bcis-fla.com/
