hello
I am looking for some advise please, I am engaged to American from Utah and we seeking more information on immigration to USA for me and my children. But I am a little confused on how this may work, Firstly I have never been to USA and secondly I have a hearing disablity (Not fully deaf thou), would these have any effect on visa and immigration.
I am aware of the green card lottery that I believe Northern is listed in, yet i feel I dont have enough advise on this matter

If you are engaged to a US citizen, a K-1 fiancée visa most likely would correspond to your needs.

To apply for a K-1 visa, you do not have to have previously visited the US, but you must have met your fiancé in person at least once in the past two years. Your hearing disability should not have any effect whatsoever on your visa application.

To further discuss your eligibility for a K-1 visa or other possible visa options, please contact my office to arrange for a consultation.
