Hi,

I used to work for company A and had an approved labor certification and a pending I-140 with company A.

Company A closed down and now Company B wants to buy the IP from Company A.

If Company B offers me a job would the labor certifcation/ pending I-140 process from Company A be transferable to Company B?

Thanks
Jon

If Company B has assumes all of the rights and obligations of Company A, it should be able to serve as the successor in interest for your application.
