Marriage in alien country

Dear Sir,

I and my girl friend are living outside home country and goint to marry there, are there any effects for applying Green Card Visa after getting notification for DV 2005.

As long as your marriage is legally valid and you can provide the proper documentation, there should be no problem with your visa/green card application.
