can somebody tell me if there's anyway for a 20 yr old individual to move back to the states and legalize her life in the states?? (be it by working , or whatever) well the family have claimed refugees in canada a year ago , but they haven't contacted them for the case yet, and i was thinking if a 20 yr old would pull out of the case, cause it's her dad's case and move back to the states..

The path to a green card

To start with, considering your age you may want to first apply for a student visa. With a degree from a US university, you would then be well positioned to pursue a temporary work-based visa (such as an H-1B visa), which could ultimately lead to an employer sponsoring you for a green card.

The path is long, but by taking one step at a time, the end result (i.e., getting a green card) is a very realistic possibility.

Good luck!
