Hi I have been working illegally for 5 years while attending college. I am now about to get married and noticed that I would have to file an i765 employment authorization. What can I do? Can I quit my job? How far back would BCIS check into my history if I filed this form. What can I do?

When completing the G-325A Form (which is part of the green card application and which requires that you list your employment for the past 5 years), you should complete it truthfully. If you are marrying a US citizen, the fact that you worked illegally will have no effect whatsoever on your application.
