Presuming that you want to be able to work while in the US, your options for a work visa really depend upon several factors, including the type of job being offered to you, your education, and your work experience.
For example, if you have worked for your company for at least 1 year and are being transferred by your company, then you may be eligible for an L-1 visa. Even without a university degree, if you have some higher education and substantial work experience, you may qualify for an H-1B visa.
