TN Visa

For Canadian citizens there exists a GREAT alternative, the TN visa, for which there are no annual quotas and the application process is easier and less costly than an H-1B visa application.

Created by NAFTA, the TN visa allows individuals working in more than 60+ professions to obtain a work visa that is valid for 1 year and which can be renewed indefinitely as long as you continue your employment.

The limitations for a TN visa are that you have to be working in one of the specified professions covered by NAFTA and you have to have the appropriate university degree.

If you have any further questions about your eligibility for a TN visa or would like my office to assist you the process, please contact us to arrange for a consultation either in person or by telephone.
