how ong can a wife spent so as to travel to her husband who went to usa as a refugge from his date of his departure 5/8/2003. i mean when did she will be able to travel to him

I-730 Application

If your husband has been officially granted refugee or asylee status by the US government, he can file an I-730 application so that you can join him in the US. Realistically, you should expect to wait at least 9 to 12 months before arriving in the US.
