I got married to my husband who is a US citizen last year. I currently hold a green card. I obtained this green card through my work in 2001. Can my husband sponsor my sister to stay and work in USA? If so, how long does it take for her to get a visa?

Regards,

Your husband unfortunately cannot sponsor your siblings. You will first have to become a US citizen and then apply for them. Based on current processing times, the application process will take at least 12 to 15 years, so hopefully they have other ways (such as work-based visa) of coming to the US.
