Ex-Wife Wants To Come To U.S. with Children

My husband applied for his two children to come to the U.S. The children were granted that request (one age 13, one age 17). The problem we are facing now is that his ex-wife wants to come with the children. She does not want them coming to the States without her and vice versa. We are at a loss b/c there is no way to bring her here being that she does not have a 1. parent, 2. spouse, 3. or child living in the U.S. to bring her along with them. I understand her pain in the children leaving to come to the U.S., but I don't see a way to bring her too. For the sake of my husband, any feedback would be appreciated.

Visa Options for Your Husband's Ex-Wife

Unless there is some EXTREMELY compelling reason why your husband’s ex-wife needs to accompany the children to the US (which might qualify her for humanitarian parole), she’ll have to pursue a work visa.

If she would like to further discuss her situation with me, please have her contact me to arrange for a consultation.
