Green Card Interview

Score 5.0 (1 person)

If your brother doesn’t have an attorney already, he may want to hire one to accompany him to the interview. Although things become more complicated if his wife is imprisoned and can’t attend the interview with him, it’s still possible for his green card application to be approved. Having an attorney with him at his interview will ensure that his case doesn’t get sidetracked.
