I am on H-1 B visa, married (2.5 years) to my wife who had green card. Now she is getting her Citizen ship interview in few weeks. living in NY state.

Following qns:

1) After her interview for citizenship how long does it for her her to get Citizenship?
2)How early can she sponsor me for the visa or I can apply for the visa?
3) How long will it take for me to get my permanent residency and citizenship considering that I apply in NY state?
4) How much do you charge(fees) if we take your help?

Thanks!

To answer your questions :

1) The time until her swearing-in ceremony depends upon the local USCIS office. Some offices swear-in new citizens right away, whereas for others it could be a couple of weeks before a swearing-in ceremony is organized.
2) Your green card application can be submitted as soon as your wife has her certificate of naturalization (which she’ll receive the day she becomes a citizen).
3) Processing times vary at each USCIS office. In Upstate NY, both the Albany and Buffalo offices are taking approximately 6 months to schedule green card interviews.
4) My fee for a marriage-based green card application is $1,500.
