I lost my I-94 form on april when i got back from a vacation, in may i got married with a american citizen and we haven't done any aplicattion for a green card because we are waiting for the form to come back. But my question is, as far as we've been already married for 6 months, Would we have any problem when we'll apply for the green card?
Thanks
Danessa

Simply being married doesn’t guarantee that your application will be approved as the USCIS has discretion to deny an application. If you feel that your case has potential legal complications, speak to an immigration attorney BEFORE submitting your application.
