Immigrant Visa Processing in Canada

If your husband legally resides in Canada, you’re eligible for “accelerated” processing, which will take approximately 4 to 6 months. A first application will be submitted with the US consulate having jurisdiction over your place of residence, and then you’ll receive your visa through the US consulate in Montreal.

If you have further questions or would like our office to assist you, please contact us directly by e-mail or phone.
