Dear Sir
My father is a Green Card holder since 1999.
Now I want to obtain an immigrant visa .I called the embassy and they ordered some documents.I send all the required documents except the Notice of Action because my father lost it .
Can I obtain another one (or copy) of it ?
If not what can I do in this case ?

Your father can submit a FOIA request for a copy of his file. Count on a minimum of 6 to 12 months to receive the copy.
